Easy to set up online. Rates were cheaper than Statefarm for my two vehicles.

I saved 700 dollars a year switching to Progressive. It is worth going to their site and put in your information to see if you can get a cheaper rate. It doesn't cost anything to do so. also, they will make sure you have the same coverage if you speak to them on the phone.

Fair price, easy to use, and did not complicate things by adding weird products.

I'm bemused at this time, but I have not canceled my policy. Much because, I value what Progressive offers to its Customers and had prior positive engagements and ultilization with Progressive over the past 10 plus years.

Progressive is my first insurance policy and is so far a great experience.

Only had it for weeks so I cannot give an opinion because I have had only paper or emails communication with Progressive but I hope they will be there for me if I need them!
